At Persimmons Bistro in Landrum, South Carolina the owners are husband and wife Stephen and Allyson Landon. However, they are not only the owners but the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef as well. Being chefs and owners provides them with insight into the business that most restaurant owners do not have. They also share a wealth of experience with some of today’s top chefs and educations from the top two culinary schools in the country.
